Most no cooling calls come down to five or six parts. We carry all of them on the truck, so the usual repair happens on the first visit.
What a repair visit looks like
A technician measures refrigerant pressures, checks the capacitor and contactor, inspects the coil, and reads the electrical draw before quoting anything. You get the number in writing and you approve it before work starts.
If the failed part is something we carry, the repair is done that visit. If it has to be ordered we tell you the date, not a range, and we do not charge for the second trip.

Do you charge a dispatch fee?
No. Diagnosis is included in the repair price if you go ahead. If you decide not to, there is a flat diagnostic charge quoted before we come out.
How fast can someone get here?
Same day for no cooling calls placed before noon, in all three service areas. Evening and weekend emergency service is available at a posted rate.
Do you work on every brand?
Yes. Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman and the rest. We are not a single brand dealer, which means we have no reason to steer a repair toward a replacement.
